Good breakfast, great staff, free shuttle to sister hotels, good value for money. The location was quiet, helpful polite staff, free parking on site.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a quiet district but still close to everything. Plus, there was a shuttle bus that took us to other Terrace properties and to the port for island hopping. The hotel facilities were elegant and well-maintained, including the clean and comfortable rooms with large bathrooms. Parking was a breeze, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. Finally, the breakfast was delicious and included in our stay.

The hotel was a great choice for our city trip. the staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The wifi was quite weak and didn't work very well in the rooms. the pool closed a bit early at 6pm, which made it difficult to enjoy an evening swim after a hot day of exploring the city.
