Good breakfast, great staff, free shuttle to sister hotels, good value for money. The location was quiet, helpful polite staff, free parking on site.
Hard to think of anything.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a quiet district but still close to everything. Plus, there was a shuttle bus that took us to other Terrace properties and to the port for island hopping. The hotel facilities were elegant and well-maintained, including the clean and comfortable rooms with large bathrooms. Parking was a breeze, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. Finally, the breakfast was delicious and included in our stay.
Nothing negative to say.

The breakfast was decent with a good selection of food. The location was excellent, walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was dirty and lacked basic amenities like clean towels. The WiFi barely worked and was extremely slow.

The hotel has a good location, being close to a nice mall, and it's also near the main sites. the rooms and bathroom are spacious and comfortable, and the amenities provided by the hotel are of good quality according to some reviews.
The hotel is quite pricey compared to other accommodations around the area.

The hotel was a great choice for our city trip. the staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. We loved the spacious rooms and amenities like slippers and pajamas. the breakfast vouchers were flexible and could be used for either type of breakfast or tea. the tea-tier was delicious and generous.
The wifi was quite weak and didn't work very well in the rooms. the pool closed a bit early at 6pm, which made it difficult to enjoy an evening swim after a hot day of exploring the city.

Upon arrival at this hotel, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff who escorted us to our luxurious room. the room had exclusive amenities that fulfilled our expectations of a 5-star hotel. the spa and wellness centre provided a relaxing experience with a sauna, full body massage and beauty treatments. the rooftop pool and sun terrace were the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. the hotel's location was advantageous, conveniently located close to shopping areas, restaurants and the beach.
the special diet menus were limited and not very appetizing.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
